Why Do You Hate Yourself?

Some people are surrounded by other people who only know how to be critical of everything. This causes them to learn to also be critical of everything including themselves as the people around them are also critical of them. If all anyone hears is what they do wrong, how they aren’t any good at anything, aren’t good looking, etc.
They compare themselves with every blessed person (or appearing to be blessed). They believe in their weaknesses and ignore their strengths. They create a space shuttle of expectations and expect it to touch stars and come back intact.Surround themselves with negative people by using wrong/immature yardsticks to judge them. They accept other people’s criticism as their destiny. They accept disrespect to avoid compromising with miseries. They don’t value people who love them, they run after people who don’t value them (and regret it later.)They judge themselves on their failures instead of having pride in their guts to have tried. They value and aim at perfection which is the biggest illusion. They live in denial and do not accept themselves as who they are.
These things make people slowly and steadily hate themselves without any realization.

Do you appreciate when people lie to you every day? Probably not! This is a common issue people face. They lie to themselves. They don’t follow through with the things they say they will do, so they start to hate themselves. Starting today, take action on your commitments. Start appreciating yourself.
